Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@northkaiser.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid (free) return label and instructions. Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If possible, include clear photos/videos of the issue to speed up resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and other perishable goods. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can process an exchange for you. Otherwise, the fastest route is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@northkaiser.com.

Shipping & Duties note: We offer free worldwide shipping, and we cover all duties and taxes. This does not affect your right to return under the policy above.
