Starting from an idea, reference image, or rough sketch? Our design team will draw it for you: a dimensioned technical drawing with one revision, delivered within five business days once payment is received and your photo and details are complete. The $250 design fee covers one piece and is credited in full if you order it.

Pricing & process

Custom quotes are free. Every piece is priced individually based on its dimensions, materials, finish, complexity, and delivery location.

Original designs need a $250 design fee. It pays for a dimensioned technical drawing of one piece with one revision, delivered within five business days once payment is received and your photo and details are complete. If you order the piece, the $250 is credited in full against its agreed price. It is never added on top. Extra revisions are charged only if we tell you the cost first and you agree. If we can't prepare your drawing, we refund the fee in full. If the drawing doesn't match the information you gave us, we correct it and that does not use up your revision. If we can't correct it, we refund the fee in full. Once the drawing has reached you, the fee is not refunded if you decide not to order the piece. Once you have paid the design fee, you may use the delivered drawing to have the piece made by another manufacturer. You do not have to order production from North Kaiser.

How it works: send your request and we come back with a price, usually within two business days. For a new design, you send a reference photo, the size and a short description, then pay the design fee at checkout; the drawing follows within five business days once payment is received and your photo and details are complete. You approve the drawing and the quote, then we make the piece.

The production and delivery time for your mirror or furniture piece is given in the production quote.

Tell us what to draw. A photo, the dimensions and a short description are required; material, color and use are optional. Anything missing can be added after you order: the five business days start once your photo and details are complete. You pay the design fee at checkout.
