Where we ship

Worldwide, including all 50 US states. Wherever you are, duties and taxes are already paid — there is nothing to settle on delivery.

How long it takes

Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 5–15 business days, and shipping another 3–7 — so most orders arrive within two to five weeks. We'll email you when your piece leaves the workshop, with tracking.

What it costs

Standard sizes ship free worldwide, duties and taxes included. Nothing to pay on delivery.

Large pieces — anything over 48 inches on its longest side — travel by freight. The cost is already in the price you see. Freight delivery is curbside: the carrier brings it to your kerb, not into the house, and will call you to arrange a window.

When it arrives

Look at the box before you sign. If it's damaged, write that on the carrier's paperwork and take a photo. That one step makes everything afterwards simple.

If it arrives broken

Send us photos within 48 hours. We replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to ship the broken piece back.
