Interior design

We design whole rooms, and we build what goes in them.

Most studios draw a room and then go shopping for it. Our design team — architects licensed in Türkiye — draws it, and our own workshop makes it: the furniture, the mirrors, the joinery.

Projects typically start at $100,000. Currently working in the New York–New Jersey area, and in Türkiye.

Process

Six steps

01We talk.A video call, your photos and floor plans. Enough for us to know if we're the right fit, and for you to know who you'd be working with.
02Concept.Plans, materials, a palette. Enough to see the room before it exists.
03We come and measure.We fly out and measure on site — light, ceiling height, how you actually use the room. Measured by the people who will draw it.
04Drawings.Every custom piece drawn to dimension before anything is cut.
05We build it.Furniture, mirrors and joinery made in our own workshop — not ordered from a catalogue.
06Installation.Delivered and installed by the same team that drew it.

Where we come from

North Kaiser is new. The two halves of it are not.

MİKON has been designing interiors from Ankara since 2002 — private homes, offices, the Nazarbayev University campus in Astana, and recent residences in New Jersey. Bulut Dekorasyon has been building interiors since 1965, producing bespoke furniture and joinery for hotels and private homes.

They worked separately for years. North Kaiser is what happens when the drawing and the workshop belong to the same company.
