Standard sizes — 30 days

If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery. The piece needs to be unused and in its original packaging. We'll arrange the return with you and refund you within five business days of it arriving back.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered — then it's ours.

Commissioned pieces

A commissioned piece is made for one wall and can't be resold, so the rules are different — and we tell you before you pay:

Before you approve the drawing — cancel any time, full refund.
After you approve the drawing — the piece is in production and can't be returned or refunded.

The drawing fee

The $100 is refundable until the drawing reaches you. After that it isn't — the work has been done. If you go ahead with the piece, it comes off the price.

Damaged or wrong

Always our problem, always free. Photos within 48 hours, and we replace it or refund you.
