It's pretty, but seems kind of cheap, almost like I could have made this myself. We will still use it in the bathroom and add another light for the surrounding area.
I really liked the ad images of these asymmetric mirrors, but you just never know. But I have received it now and hung it up and I absolutely love it!! Looks even better than the ads! The image in the mirror is even slightly panoramic so it’s a fabulous mirror! Thank you!!
Beautiful mirror but Sadly the black part came scraped off. I’ll have to try and cover it up :(
Thank you for the review, and we're sorry the black finish arrived scraped. That is a transit defect, not something you should have to cover up. Please email us your order number and a photo and we will send a touch-up kit or replace the frame at no charge. — North Kaiser workshop
When the mirror arrived the packaging was completely destroyed and the mirror was damaged
Becky, thank you for the photos — no one should receive a mirror in that condition, and I'm sorry. Transit damage is our responsibility, not yours, and your order was refunded in full.
Your photos led to a real change. We've rebuilt how every mirror is crated since: foam cut to the exact size of each piece, and a full MDF frame on both faces instead of one. The crates leaving our workshop now are not the ones that were leaving in April.
If anything is still unresolved on your end, email info@northkaiser.com and it comes straight to me.

This is a great company! I had a small issue with my mirror and they quickly made it right. The mirror looks great in my home.
I absolutely love the design, the light behind the mirror isn't flattering
Nice mirror unfortunately size doesn’t work for my space. customer service was great. Will look to order again in the future
Wonderful and extravagant
Good quality, easy to install. Removed the factor wire with the toggle switch and wired directly to a light switch.

The mirror arrived in tact and works perfectly in our kitchen
I give it 5 stars for the look & quality!I had to take a star off cause it was so hard to hang.No hardware or instructions included. Took us 2Hours total. 1 hour just to hang and 1 hour cleaning off all the goo from the little blue sticker paddings things they stuck on it protect it.My advice to the seller would be to maybe put a film on it before putting those stickies on??? I had to scrape them with a blade then use goo gone and then an entire roll of paper towel and glass cleaner 😰Other than the it’s very beautiful and great quality.
My mom loved it. The quality of the mirror is exceptional. It arrived intact and carefully packaged!!
This mirror is beautiful and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
I bought it as a birthday gift for my sister and she loved it! The quality of the mirror is really excellent. The packaging was very careful and it arrived safely.
The mirror looks amazing. Delivered in 9 days from Türkiye.
The mirror is very heavy and the two screws included are not sturdy. Instructions were minimal. Not sure if it was worth the high price.
Thank you for the honest review, and we're glad the mirror itself lived up to the photos. You're right on both points: a solid-frame mirror this size is heavy, and the two anchors we shipped at the time were the minimum, not the best. We're upgrading the wall hardware and the hanging guide for every mirror this size. If yours ever needs re-hanging, write to us and we'll send new heavy-duty anchors at no charge. — North Kaiser workshop
