One workshop, four steps
The outline is drawn on the slab by hand, from the technical drawing.
Cut on the bandsaw, then to the line with a spokeshave.
Edges planed and sanded until the frame reads as one piece.
5 mm silvered glass set into the frame; LED strip fitted behind it where the piece is backlit.
